HR Global Applications Support Lead

About the role

The DT HR Global Applications Support Lead works closely with the HR and Payroll to support the delivery of HR and payroll systems including process improvements and projects initiatives. This role reports directly to the DT HR Solutions Architect, Application Support and Extend Functional Lead and works closely with Workday Functional Leads, HR and AMS resources.

What you'll do

• Conduct working sessions with the business, HR/COE functions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions
• Mentor and guide team members to promote knowledge transfer, sharing and growth
• Identify improvement opportunities for the organization and be an advocate for change
