About the role

This program is designed to give you front-row exposure to how culture, talent, and people practices are built at one of India’s fastest-growing Quick Commerce startups. You will learn to implement strategies to recruit, hire, onboard, train, motivate, and exit employees.

What you'll do

• Learn about end-to-end HR functions and work with Management to create a rockstar, inclusive, and high-performing culture
• Design JDs, interview questions, and assessments to reflect each position's requirements
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers to recruit and onboard new hires across levels
• Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks
• Lead employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
