About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who want to learn how HR operations work in a professional environment. The interns will support day-to-day coordination, documentation, reporting, and data-management activities while gaining hands-on experience with HR processes and systems.

What you'll do

• Maintain and update HR Systems, employee records, and reports
• Support employee-related operational activities
• Help review employee or candidate information for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with HR team members and follow up on pending information or actions
• Assist with preparing documents, process guides, and other HR materials
