• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, document submission, and joining formalities
• Schedule interviews and follow up with shortlisted candidates
• Prepare and post job vacancies on relevant platforms
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records
