HR Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience and a broad understanding of HR operations.

What you'll do

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal HR communications
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for cybersecurity roles (junior to leadership level)
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates using various sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified cybersecurity professionals
