What you'll do

Sourcing of resumes through Job Portals portal / reference
Screening and short listing of prospective candidates based on the desired job profile
Coordinate with technical team & senior management for final round of interviews
Conducting Induction/orientation program to the new joiners
Developing and maintaining relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources
