RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.3–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment (preferably in a recruitment/staffing environment).Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and HRMS tools.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Proactive, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setup.Comfortable with a 6-day work week and available for immediate joining.
