HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high-ownership HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations and build scalable people systems that support our growing organization. This role combines strategic HR planning with hands-on execution across recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding
• Drive employee engagement, communication, and grievance resolution
• Manage performance cycles, goal setting, OKRs, and L&D initiatives
• Oversee HR operations: HRIS, attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and compliance
• Implement and update HR policies, SOPs, and people processes
