About the role

The HR Manager/Senior HR plays a crucial role in the organization by overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and legal compliance.

What you'll do

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the employment of top talent
  • Manage employee relations and address grievances and conflicts to maintain a harmonious work atmosphere
