HR Operations Advisor

About the role

This role is the senior operational anchor of a global HR Operations team. You will take on the work that most shapes our function — solving the hardest problems, guiding new policy and process, and advising partners across the business — while mentoring the next generation of operators and supporting the continued growth of our APJ and worldwide employee population.

What you'll do

• This is an advanced individual-contributor role for someone who owns the most complex work in the function
• Resolve ambiguous, high-impact cases that lack clear precedent, determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and global HR Operations colleagues, mentor less-experienced team members
• Advanced Operational Delivery & Complex Case Resolution
• Own the most complex, ambiguous, and high-impact cases across the employee lifecycle — onboarding and offboarding, employee changes, data management, immigration
