HR Operations Analyst - India

About the role

The People Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery of People Operations services across the employee lifecycle, with primary support responsibility for the India/APAC employee population.

What you'll do

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, manager changes, organizational changes, leaves of absence, and terminations
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain employment-related documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, contract amendments, employment verification letters
• Support contract administration activities and ensure employee documentation is complete, accurate, and appropriately maintained
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding requirements for new hires
• Maintain employee personnel records and ensure compliance with document retention requirements
