HR Operations & Admin Associate

About the role

We are seeking an HR Operations & Admin Associate with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience to support global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes within a Global HR Shared Services environment.

What you'll do

• Execute standard Hire-to-Retire transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, records maintenance
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries and service requests through email, chat, phone, and HR case-management channels in a professional and timely manner
• Investigate and resolve routine HR queries using approved policies, knowledge content, SOPs, and process guidance
• Process HR transactions across enterprise HR platforms and related tools while ensuring accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and timely completion
• Maintain accurate employee master data, transaction records, case notes, and supporting documentation in accordance with data privacy and internal control requirements
