HR Operations & Admin Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations & Admin Senior Associate with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience to support global Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes within a Global HR Shared Services environment.

What you'll do

• Execute Hire-to-Retire transactions from onboarding through separation, including new hires, employee changes, employee records maintenance, and exits
• Process HR transactions across enterprise HR platforms and related tools, ensuring accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and timely completion
• Maintain employee master data and supporting documentation in accordance with data quality, privacy, policy, and internal control requirements
• Prepare and process employment letters, contracts, addenda, and other employee lifecycle documentation, as applicable
• Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave, benefits, performance, and other employee lifecycle activities where these are within the scope of HR Shared Services
