What you'll do

• Own end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits
• Manage HRMS ( Keka ), employee records, and documentation
• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll input coordination
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, PT, filings)
• Draft HR policies, letters, and SOPs

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• HR operations
• HRMS
• Employee engagement
• Performance management
• Labour law
• Excel
• Any graduate
