HR Ops Lead | 10+ YoE | BLR

About the role

Lead and develop a team responsible for delivering a seamless employee experience. We're looking for someone who has: 12-15 years of HR Operations experience, including team leadership responsibilities. Proven experience managing large-scale HR operations in complex, multi-location organisations. Data-driven mindset with experience in audits, reporting and operational excellence initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead HR Operations for a large, multi-location workforce at scale
• Drive automation, HR transformation and employee experience impact
• Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance and audit readiness across locations
• Drive HRMS enhancements, workflow optimisation and automation initiatives
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT and business leaders to strengthen HR operations governance
