HR Partner, AWS

About the role

BeXT delivers personalized people-support to AWS Builders to amplify the voice of the Builder. In this role, you will collaborate with AWS business leaders and line HR teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies from customer service, talent and performance management, compensation, employee relations and other HR functions.

What you'll do

• Application of HR fundamentals
• Problem solving and influencing in diverse populations
• Working in a rapid and complex changing environment driven by continuous innovation
• Influence change and foster an environment of inclusion for our Builders
• Partnering with leaders at multiple levels of the organization to develop forward looking strategies and goals focused on the Builder experience

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
• AWS
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Talent management
• Any graduate
