HR Recruiter

About the role

This role combines Talent Acquisition and General HR Operations . The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for hiring across different departments while supporting onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, attendance and leave management, employee lifecycle processes, and other HR initiatives.

What you'll do

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management
• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements, prepare job descriptions, and establish hiring priorities
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions, and assess candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, and role suitability

What you need
