Experience leading complex, multi-country workforce transitions and integrations. Proven stakeholder management and executive influencing capabilities.

• Shape Workforce Decisions at the Highest Strategic Level
• Lead High-Impact, Cross-Border People Transformations
• Lead workforce transition workstreams for outsourcing, managed services, transformation, and acquisition opportunities
• Develop workforce transfer and integration strategies aligned to commercial and operational objectives
• Assess people-related obligations, risks, and liabilities during pursuit and transition phases
