HRBP & Rewards Specialist (80% HRBP, Manufacturing MNC )

About the role

Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance matters and organizational change. Leverage workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support business decision-making. Bring a minimum of 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering. Hold an MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategy with business priorities
• Manage the HR agenda , primarily across Singapore (mandatory) along with other assigned international markets
• Lead key HRBP processes including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and retention
• Partner with HR COEs and internal stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Rewards, Finance and Legal
• Ensure adherence to organizational HR policies and applicable local employment requirements across assigned markets
