HRBP at Salad Days. Manage HR operations for Salad Days stores and kitchens in Bangalore.

What you'll do

• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and induction
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, attrition, and employee retention
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
• Manage probation, transfers, promotions, and employee movements
• Ensure accurate Keka HR, payroll, leave, and attendance data

What you need

• 5–6 yrs of experience
• HR operations
• Onboarding
• HRMS
• Employee engagement
• Recruitment
• Payroll
• MBA

Good to have

• MIS reporting
