HRSS Executive

About the role

We are looking for an HR professional with 1–3 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good communication abilities, and hands-on exposure to HRMS platforms.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams on HR-related queries and processes
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR operational activities
