HSE Head - PMO | Mumbai

About the role

Reporting to the Chief PMO, you will: Lead Health & Safety management across large-scale industrial capital projects, from engineering and construction through commissioning. Provide executive-level HSE dashboards, risk insights, and performance reporting to the PMO and senior leadership. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.

What you'll do

• Establish and institutionalize project-specific HSE management systems aligned with ISO 45001 and corporate safety standards
• Drive a Zero Harm philosophy, with a strong focus on eliminating high-potential incidents and improving TRIR/LTIFR performance
• Establish HSE standards, procedures, Life Saving Rules, and governance frameworks across projects
• Lead proactive risk identification and controls for heavy lifting, working at height, confined spaces, electrical activities, construction, and commissioning
• Lead and participate in HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS, constructability and project safety reviews throughout the project lifecycle
