HSE Manager – PMC

About the role

The role will act as the Client’s HSE representative, ensuring EPC contractors adhere to project HSE requirements, statutory regulations, and international standards, while embedding a zero-incident safety culture throughout all project phases from engineering through commissioning and handover.

What you'll do

• HSE Strategy & Compliance
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Project HSE Management Plan (HSE) aligned with project scope, contractual requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• Ensure compliance with national regulations, statutory approvals, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IFC/World Bank EHS Guidelines)
• Integrate HSE considerations into design reviews, constructability assessments, and project planning stages
• PMC Oversight & Contractor Management

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
