The purpose of HSE Specialist is to ensure safety protocols are being adhered to as per defined standard The role ensures zero safety incident at the site by following laid down SOP's and safety standards to ensure health and safety of the people is safe guarded alongwith local legal compliance Your experience and talent will make the difference to:

What you'll do

• Using plant-based resources, we collaborate with our customers and partners to imagine and offer ingredients to better feed people and treat patients
• Auditing: Lead internal/external audits (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001)
• Liaising: Coordinate with government bodies (DISH, Fire, PCB) and stakeholders
• Training & Mentoring: Conduct safety training, site inductions, and build a positive safety culture

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
• Safety management
• AutoCAD
• MS Office
• Root cause analysis
• SOP writing
• Diploma
