This role combines recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and people management , making it ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure across the HR lifecycle in a startup environment.

What you'll do

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for internship and full-time roles
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
• Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and internal channels
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
