Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher)Location: Atladra, Vadodara, Gujarat (On-Site)Timings: 7:00 PM IST – 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift) Main Responsibilities of Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fresher):MUST HAVE GOOD COMMAND OVER SPOKEN, LISTENING AND WRITTEN ENGLISH LANGUAGE. 1. Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.2.

What you'll do

• Review the job description; understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.2
• Source candidates using multiple channels like job portals, internal database, social media etc.3
• Scheduling, coordination, and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.5
• Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.6
• Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls

What you need

• 0–3 yrs of experience
