You are responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies in all HR fields to support hotel and business goals. As a Human Resources Executive , you’re not just supervising the HR team – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

What you'll do

• Responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies in all HR fields to support hotel and business goals
• Manage HR systems and reporting: Oversee team member data entry, track employment transitions, maintain training and corrective action records
