Leadership - As a Team lead, you are expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team.

What you'll do

• Collaborating with the Recruitment team to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and find replacements for candidates when the need arises
• Coordinating with the management to oversee the activities of Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management interns
• Ensuring all HR records are maintained in our system
• Setting up the performance review process, gauging performance and reporting teams’ performance to management
• Ensuring all team members’ compliance with organisational policy and procedures
