Human Resources Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our People Services team for a 6-month internship. This role offers hands on exposure to HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, document management and process improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of documents and coordination with stakeholders
• Assist with scanning, digitizing, and uploading employee documents into Workday
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
• Assist in drafting HR communications, letters, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flows
• Monitor and track HR requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
