What you'll do

• HR Operations & Administration: Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, records, and administrative activities to ensure smooth HR functioning
• HRMS & Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update information in HRMS platforms such as Zoho People
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate joining and exit formalities, documentation, and company asset handovers to ensure a smooth employee transition
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support HR initiatives, employee services, and administrative requirements
