About the role

Engineer/Associate - Okta Senior Engineer is responsible for supporting enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations and projects across Okta Access Management, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), application onboarding, migrations, and policy administration.

What you'll do

  • Responsible for supporting enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations and projects across Okta Access Management
  • Manage and support Okta tenant administration including users, groups, roles, lifecycle management, and directory integrations
  • Perform user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modification activities through Okta Universal Directory
  • Configure and maintain Okta authentication, authorization, and federation services
  • Troubleshoot identity, authentication, and application access issues across enterprise environments
