• Execute and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports as per agreed timelines and specifications
• Build new advanced; matrix; trended & composite reports & calculated fields in workday
• Modify or maintain existing reports & calculated fields in workday
• Extract and prepare data from Workday and or other HR systems for reporting and analysis
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across all reporting outputs through regular validation and testing
