About the role

As a Full Stack & CI/CD Consultant within the S&C GN Customer Service Analytics & Contact Center AI practice, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable web applications and automated delivery pipelines that power enterprise Contact Center AI platform implementations.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable full stack applications using React/Angular/Vue/Next.js, Node.js/Python/Java/FastAPI, REST/GraphQL APIs
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins with zero-downtime releases, automated rollback, canary/blue-green deployments
• Configure and maintain CCaaS platform integrations across Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, NICE, and Five9 for real-time streaming and batch data ingestion
• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines covering transcription, enrichment, scoring, normalization, PII detection and redaction
