IBDP Psychology Facilitator

About the role

The IBDP Psychology Facilitator is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching of IB Diploma Programme Psychology (SL & HL) in alignment with the standards of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) . The facilitator will help students understand human behavior through scientific methods, critical thinking, and research-based learning while preparing them for IB assessments.

What you'll do

• Teach IBDP Psychology (SL & HL) as per IB curriculum guidelines
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons using inquiry-based and research-driven teaching strategies
• Facilitate discussions on biological, cognitive, and sociocultural approaches to behavior
• Integrate real-life case studies and psychological research into lessons
• Design formative and summative assessments aligned with IB standards

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• IB curriculum
• Classroom management
• Teaching
• Communication
• Diploma or B.Ed
