About the role

The ICS Software Engineering Expert takes ownership of ambiguous tasks, challenges the status quo, and acts as a technical mentor while fostering strong collaboration across teams in the domain of Operational Technologies for Pharma manufacturing. In this role, you will lead small to medium initiatives, prioritize effectively with stakeholders, and maintain a "bigger picture" view of how various components align with the overall strategy.

• Engages in the organization of knowledge-sharing events and gets involved in initiatives or tasks reaching outside of the regular project scope

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
