What you'll do

• Evaluate and monitor patient progress in intensive care — the continuous assessment an ICU runs on
• Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition before they become events, and act on them first
• Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members — the communication line an ICU depends on
• Use: ICU monitoring consoles and infusion systems, EMR nursing documentation stations, Early-warning scoring systems, ACLS/BLS resuscitation protocols
