About the role

We are looking for an experienced IDAM / Access Governance Analyst with expertise in User Access Management (UAM), IT Governance, Risk & Compliance, and access control validation within the Banking / Financial Services domain.

What you'll do

  • Perform periodic User Access Management (UAM) reviews for banking applications
  • Coordinate with Application Owners, Business, IT/Security teams, and Auditors
  • Maintain access review trackers, governance records, and audit evidence
  • Identify access anomalies, SoD conflicts, and compliance exceptions
  • Track remediation actions and ensure timely closure

What you need
