About the role

Responsibilities include managing IAM initiatives and processes, continuous improvement of IAM processes contributing to departmental planning, and applying specialized expertise to solve complex identity and access challenges].

What you'll do

  • Lead and manage the execution of significant Identity and Access Management projects and processes, ensuring their successful completion with limited oversight
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM practices, policies, and solutions by applying expertise and recommending best practices
  • Drive accountability for the outcomes of large and moderately complex IAM initiatives, providing input into resource allocation and policy development
  • Analyze and resolve complex, non-routine problems within Identity & Access Management
  • Act as a recognized subject matter expert within the organization for Identity & Access Management, offering in-depth knowledge and guidance
