Identity Operations Engineer

About the role

Based in our Bengaluru office, you will own the day-to-day operation of our Entra ID and Microsoft 365 environment, including account lifecycle, access administration, platform support, and email threat triage. You will work closely with our US-based infrastructure and security team, clearing routine work ahead of the US business day and partnering with colleagues in Europe during their working hours.

What you'll do

• Execute account lifecycle end to end, including provisioning, attribute changes, deprovisioning, and offboarding evidence for employees joining, moving within
• Administer Entra ID groups, roles, and Microsoft 365 licensing, including membership changes, privileged role activation requests, and scheduled access removals
• Process application access requests against our approved entitlement catalog and support recurring access reviews with the evidence our compliance and audit teams require
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams, covering mailbox and site lifecycle, permissions, sharing configuration, and content restoration
• Execute pre-approved standard changes such as monthly patching cycles and scheduled maintenance, and prepare the supporting change advisory documentation
