IDM T3 Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IGA Specialist with strong Saviynt expertise to join our Tier 3 Support Team. In this role, you will act as a technical expert, independently resolving complex IAM issues, leading escalations, and driving the stability, security, and continuous improvement of Nokia's Identity Management services.

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 3 operational support for IGA services
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring incidents and improve service stability
• Support and maintain key IGA processes, including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, reconciliation, access certifications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, service management, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve issues and optimize service performance
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
