IDT - Credits and Incentives - Staff

About the role

Apply technical knowledge of prevailing wages, registered apprenticeship, and applicable tax incentive requirements to support engagement execution. Review PWA calculations and identify wage/fringe shortfalls, apprenticeship-related exceptions, data discrepancies, and documentation gaps. Coach and support Staff through on-the-job guidance, knowledge sharing, and review feedback.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and review PWA and Credits & Incentives compliance workstreams from planning through delivery
• Review PWA calculations and identify wage/fringe shortfalls, apprenticeship-related exceptions, data discrepancies, and documentation gaps
• Perform quality reviews of Staff deliverables and provide technical guidance and review comments to junior team members
• Take ownership of assigned workstreams, trackers, workpapers, exception logs, and project deliverables with limited supervision
• Research and interpret applicable regulatory guidance and escalate complex or judgmental matters to Managers
