Implementation Engineer

About the role

The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process of our products, ensuring that they are configured and integrated smoothly into clients environments. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication abilities.

What you'll do

• Flexible to do implementation of software and train customers on need basis
• Should be proactive in identifying different use cases of features
• Manage large number of incoming calls and should identify & asses customer's needs to achieve customer satisfaction
• Perform thorough review of closed support cases on a weekly basis to measure process compliance
