Implementation Specialist

About the role

The team plays a critical role in translating client requirements into effective technical solutions while upholding the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

• As an Implementation Engineer in the Know Your Customer Solution Delivery team
• Collaborate with project managers, customer success managers, and product specialists to gather business requirements, document solutions
• Assist in the installation and upgrading of software for clients, and configure or help configure the software to align with each client's specific requirements
• Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful and accurate solution deployment
• Provide technical training to client administrators and offer knowledge transfer to support their ongoing use and management of the platform

What you need
