About the role

Govern IMS processes, compliance requirements, and management system effectiveness across all functions. Promote awareness, training, and best practices to strengthen quality, safety, and environmental culture. Sustained IMS certifications with zero major non-conformities. Positive EHS scorecard performance and compliance achievement.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain IMS certifications (ISO 50001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other applicable standards)
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure successful completion of internal and external audits
• Monitor and report EHS scorecard performance, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
• Partner closely with Sustainability and EHS teams to align initiatives and achieve business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen culture across the organization
