What you'll do

• Provide strategic support to the Group Leader, contributing to key initiatives and decision-making
• Drive the execution of assigned project/tasks, ensuring timely completion and reporting
• Analyze data to establish and implement systematic procedures for routine tasks, driving continuous process enhancements, optimizing efficiency
• Mentor and support other team members by fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment to enhance team capabilities
• Provide product engineering support for our series production of industrial hydraulic pumps, assisting our worldwide plants and global sales teams
