About the role

Fostering internal relationship with internal Service Organizations and other departments Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and source plant teams Proto-validation sign -off for various mobile applications like Compactors, Backhoe Loader, Excavator, concrete pump and other construction & mining equipment.

What you'll do

• Attend OEM & End Customer complaint for Field & Zero Km & close the complaint in coordination with Quality team
• Handling warranty claim management including submission of 8D, Quad chart -reports & closure of complaints

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Troubleshooting
• Root cause analysis
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
