About the role

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic object Convert business goals into solution designs and FSD/TSD , covering product setup, accounting/GL, limits, charges, user roles/controls, and E2E customer journeys.

What you'll do

• Drive non‑functional outcomes: performance baselining, capacity planning, resiliency (HA/DR), security/entitlements/ SoD, and observability (logs/alerts/dashboards)
• Ensure compliance with RBI, KYC/AML, FATCA/CRS, NPCI guidelines; embed maker–checker/four ‑ eyes controls and audit trails across configurations and processes
