About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader with 8-10 years of experience to drive the organization's digitalization strategy across manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and scaling digital initiatives that improve productivity, quality, cost, safety, and sustainability while aligning with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Digital Strategy & Transformation
• Define and drive the organization's digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Identify opportunities for digitalization across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance, logistics, and corporate functions
• Develop short-term and long-term digital strategies to improve operational excellence and business performance
• Establish governance mechanisms for prioritizing and monitoring digital initiatives
