What you'll do

• M&A Tax & Regulatory practice provides end-to-end solutions for different types of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, demergers, acquisitions
• Assist seniors in the preparation of client deliverables
• Conducting research on various issues involved and analysing & evaluating implications thereof
• End-to-end execution of client deliverables , ensuring quality and timeliness
• Conducting due diligence on targets

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• M&A
• Valuation
• MIS reporting
• Due diligence
• Direct tax
• Risk management
• Chartered Accountant or Diploma
