What you'll do

• Test Development and Execution: Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and test data for Salesforce applications
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality
• Analyse user needs, design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, and offer guidance and support for improving the overall user experience
• Enable clients to optimise user engagement, increase user satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives
